Holy Week Celebrations – Udupi MOS Church (02–04 April 2026)

 Observed Holy Week with solemn liturgies led by four priests, guiding the faithful from Maundy Thursday to the Easter Vigil.

Maundy Thursday – Celebrated by Fr. Vijay Dsouza, focusing on the Eucharist, priesthood, and service, highlighted by the Washing of the Feet.

Good Friday – Began with the Way of the Cross and concluded with veneration of the Cross, led by Fr. Charles Menezes.

Easter Vigil (Holy Saturday) – Led by Fr. Leo Praveen, blessing of the fire, Christ as the Light of the World blessing of water Baptism and new life the Paschal Candle faith and light overcoming darkness,

The three-day observance culminated in prayer, reflection, and the joyous celebration of Christ’s Resurrection, filling the faithful with hope and spiritual renewal.
