Summer camp

The summer camp was held on 12th and 13th at Ave Maria Hall, bringing children together for two days of learning, fun, and fellowship.

Day 1 began with Holy Mass and refreshments, followed by an energetic ice-breaking session by ICYM and YCS Udupi. The day included action songs, games, and a meaningful session on “Problems vs Opportunities,” helping children learn valuable life lessons. The afternoon was filled with fun activities.

Day 2 started with a prayer by Fr. Leo and an action song. Children participated in creative activities like flower carpet making and group-led sessions. A talk on “Not Comparing Ourselves with Others” and another on the Eucharist deepened their understanding and confidence. The day featured performances, games, and competitions, ending with prize distribution and fun activities.

Overall, the camp was enjoyable, enriching, and memorable. The final day included a pilgrimage visit to Vilakannur.
