The day began with the Holy Mass, followed by adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, creating a sacred and prayerful atmosphere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rev. Fr. Franklin Dsouza, Director of the Youth Commission of Shimoga Diocese, led reflections from the Psalms and Proverbs, encouraging youth to trust God, pray faithfully, and live with faith. He shared his joy at seeing youth spread God\u2019s Word through service and active participation worldwide, while also reminding all of the heartbreak when young lives lose direction or fall into despair. He highlighted Pope John Paul II\u2019s vision, who in 1985 started World Youth Day to inspire youth to grow in faith, serve others, and witness God\u2019s love.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A moving moment was when parents blessed their children, who knelt and touched their parents\u2019 feet in gratitude. Prayers for departed loved ones, individual blessings with hands laid on heads, and the choir, led by Br. William, with uplifting hymns enriched the spiritual atmosphere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Message to Youth,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cYour life is a gift from God.
